Silvia Silva is a Strategic HR Advisor and Leadership Strategist with over 20 years of experience across government, professional services, the resources sector, and complex organisations in Australia and internationally.

She has navigated this transition herself, from senior practitioner to trusted strategic advisor at C-suite level. She has watched too many senior HR practitioners stay at the threshold of the work they are ready to do, not because they could not do it, but because no environment existed to develop it with intention.
