Silvia Silva brings 20+ years of experience across strategic HR, leadership development and organisational psychology, including nearly a decade as a Senior HR Business Partner working directly alongside C-Suite leaders. She holds qualifications in Agile Culture and Leadership, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Project Management. Silvia is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and works in English and Portuguese with organisations across Australia and internationally.
