I am Silvia Silva, Founder and CEO of Leadwell & Succeed.
Throughout my career, I have supported executives and leaders across Australia and internationally as they shaped decisions that influenced people, performance, and organisational direction.
That experience has shaped the way I work today. I bring strategic HR advisory, organisational psychology, systems thinking, workforce design, human-centred design, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile Leadership into one conversation.
