Are programs delivered in-person or virtually?

Both. We design for your preference and your team’s location, remote, on-site or hybrid delivery is available.

How long does a bespoke program typically run?

Programs are scoped based on your outcomes, typically 3 to 6 months for a full leadership program. Intensives are single sessions. Timeframe and structure are agreed upfront.

Can Leadership Development be combined with HR Advisory?

Yes. Organisations engage Leadwell & Succeed across both service lines, HR Advisory for strategic support, and Leadership Development for capability building.

Is this suitable for individual leaders or teams?

Both. Bespoke Leadership Programs and Team Development are designed for groups and leadership teams. 

Leadwell Intensives are delivered one-on-one and provide dedicated space for an individual leader to examine challenges, decisions and leadership situations as they arise.
