1. Purpose

Leadwell & Succeed Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) acknowledges and takes seriously its obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). This policy outlines our commitment to fair, transparent, and ethical refund practices for our clients and community members.

Our goal is to ensure every client receives exceptional value from our programs, memberships, and services. This policy explains when refunds may be provided and the conditions that apply.

 

2. Policy Overview

Leadwell & Succeed offers a range of professional development programs, memberships, and digital services. We stand by the quality of our work and strive to ensure our clients are satisfied.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a service we provide has a major failure, that is, if it:

  • Is significantly different from what was described;

  • Does not perform as promised and cannot be easily fixed; or

  • Causes another major problem that would have prevented you from purchasing had you known about it.

We are, however, not required to provide a refund simply because you changed your mind, decided not to participate, or did not use the service.

 

3. Money-Back Guarantee (Where Applicable)

Some of our programs, memberships, or offers may include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you join and decide within 30 days that the program or membership is not the right fit for you, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, provided that:

  • The refund request is made in writing within 30 days of purchase; and

  • You have engaged with the program or community in good faith (e.g., attended or accessed at least one session or module).

After this 30-day period, all payments become non-refundable.

 

4. Bonuses, Incentives and Complimentary Sessions

Any bonuses, incentives, or complimentary sessions offered as part of a promotional package or membership, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching sessions, downloadable resources, or early-access offers, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In alignment with ethical selling, bonuses are considered value-add items, not part of the refundable core offer.

If a refund is processed for the main service, access to any related bonuses, sessions, or materials will be revoked immediately.

 

5. Digital Products and Services

Refunds will not be provided for downloadable, digital, or delivered-on-demand content once accessed or downloaded, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

 

6. Memberships and Payment Plans

  • Monthly Memberships: You may cancel any time before your next billing date. Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Annual Memberships: You may cancel within 30 days under the money-back guarantee (if applicable). After 30 days, annual payments are non-refundable.

  • Payment Plans: Clients choosing instalment payments are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless a refund has been approved under this policy.

 

7. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us in writing via email at [email protected] within the applicable timeframe.

Please include:

  • Your full name and contact details;

  • The name of the program or service purchased;

  • Date of purchase; and

  • The reason for your refund request.

We will review your request within 10 business days and respond with the outcome or next steps.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days of confirmation.

 

8. Discretionary Refunds or Credits

In certain cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer a partial refund, credit, or transfer of enrolment to another program or future intake. These cases will be reviewed individually and must be requested in writing.

 

9. Amendments to Policy

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legislation, service structure, or business practice. The most current version will always be available on our website at www.leadwellsucceed.com.
