Growing up in Brazil and later moving to Australia, I always knew I wanted to be an Organisational Psychologist—a dream I pursued and achieved with determination. From the very start of my career, my passion has been helping leaders thrive in their roles. Over the years, my commitment to continuous learning led me to further enhance my skills with qualifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and Coaching.
