About Leadwell & Succeed
Founded by Silvia Silva
Leadwell & Succeed was founded in 2023 in Adelaide, South Australia, by organisational psychologist and leadership coach Silvia Silva. After reaching a point of personal and professional uncertainty, Silvia returned to university to study applied coaching, driven by a deep desire to find her purpose.
It was during this time that she discovered the book Ikigai, which helped her uncover a profound sense of direction: to serve aspiring and emerging leaders navigating the often-isolating transition into leadership roles.
From this personal journey, Leadwell & Succeed was born with one clear mission: to make the leadership world a better place for people to grow, thrive, and lead with clarity, confidence and purpose.
